Shipping, Tax & PoliciesExchange PolicySTUFF can not offer a refund on any sale, but we are happy to help with an EXCHANGE. When we ship an order to you, your original shipment will include information on how to contact us in the event that you need to make an EXCHANGE. Please follow the instructions carefully. The original sales or gift receipt is required on all exchanges. All sale and/or markdown items are final sales and can not be exchanged. All exchange requests must be reported within 14 days of the ship date, and any exchange items must be received by STUFF within 30 days of the ship date. Standard Shipping to Most U.S. DestinationsSTUFF charges shipping and handling fees to get your order packed and shipped to you as cost-effectively as possible (usually via United States Postal Service or UPS). If you need something shipped jiffy pronto and can't wait to get your hands on it, please call us to order by phone. Here is a schedule of shipping charges based on your total order when shipped to one of the 48 contiguous U.S. states or the District of Columbia:
Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.If you are outside the contiguous United States, we will determine the best way to ship your order to you. You will be charged nothing for shipping at the time you place your order. When we determine the appropriate shipping charges, we will let you know, and we and will not ship your order until you approve the charges. As with all purchases not made in person, please be sure you provide a valid e-mail address and a valid telephone number so that we can contact you for approval of shipping charges. TaxSTUFF must charge Missouri sales tax on all orders shipped to Missouri addresses. If you need your order shipped to another U.S. state, lucky you: you don't gotta pay. If your order will be shipped out of the United States, that's a whole nuther thing. In that case, we'll check on it and charge whatever we have to charge to make the various governments happy, but not a penny more. These taxes will be reviewed with you before your order is finalized. If you request shipment to a non-U.S. address, you agree to pay any additional taxes that we must charge in order to get your product to you.
